My approach to therapy is rooted in mindfulness and compassion. I believe that when we slow down and bring conscious, compassionate attention to the places where we feel stuck—both individually and in relationships—we create the conditions for healing and growth.
I help clients explore their inner world with curiosity and care, stepping outside of the habitual roles and patterns that keep them feeling trapped. By cultivating self-awareness and intentional action, I support clients in rebuilding their lives and relationships in alignment with their deepest values and desires.
Several key values shape my work as a therapist:
Inclusion – No matter how you look, where you come from, how you identify, or whom you love, you belong. You deserve to be seen and respected.
Radical Non-Judgment – You are not a diagnosis, a set of symptoms, or a problem to be solved. You are a whole person with fears, longings, and an inherent capacity for growth. I will meet you exactly where you are.
Empowerment & Agency – My goal is for clients to leave therapy with the experiential knowledge that allows them to create positive change in their own lives.
Many couples find themselves stuck in painful cycles—feeling unappreciated, unheard, or constantly criticized. Often, these conflicts point to deeper needs for connection, reassurance, and being truly seen. When these patterns take hold, breaking free can feel impossible. But healing is possible.
Through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples recognize and shift the dynamics that keep them disconnected. Together, we’ll explore new ways of relating that foster deeper understanding, empathy, and intimacy.
