Relationships are the heartbeat of our lives. It takes humility and courage to recognize when therapeutic support is needed to move forward. As a couples’ therapist, it is an honor to witness some of the most intimate and tender moments between people.
I do not view my role as “fixing” clients. Instead, I accompany you in exploring what is real, holding space for complex questions, and listening for authentic truths beneath surface noise.
Healing is possible within ourselves, in our relationships, in our communities, and across the larger systems we inhabit.
My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by years of listening deeply to individuals’ experiences as a community organizer and hospice chaplain.
Areas of focus include couples and family therapy, parenting, maternal health, burnout, grief and illness, LGBTQ+ concerns, religious and spiritual trauma, and addiction recovery.
