Relationships can be challenging — but they can also be a profound source of security and joy. I work with couples, individuals, and families who feel stuck, disconnected, or alone in their relationships, and I believe meaningful change is possible.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help clients deepen their self-understanding and build the attunement needed to truly connect with the people they love. I bring warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental presence to every session, creating a safe space where growth can happen.
Together, we work to uncover negative patterns that may be getting in the way and replace them with new ways of relating that foster trust, intimacy, and connection. Healing is a journey — and while it takes time, couples and families consistently find that they grow in confidence, communication, and the capacity to build relationships that truly thrive.
In addition to working with couples and families, I have spent the last 20 years specializing in women’s health and wellness. I am passionate about walking alongside women through the unique challenges of different life stages — including pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. I also have deep experience supporting those navigating life transitions, body image, anxiety, religious and spiritual trauma, and grief.
Outside of work, I find joy and nourishment by spending time with my family and in nature.
