Gilonne d’Origny, AMFT

I work primarily with couples, as well as individuals navigating relationship challenges. With nearly five years of clinical experience, I specialize in multicultural and cross-cultural relationships, communication patterns, addiction and recovery, complex trauma, and the delicate balance between work and personal life.

My practice is enriched by diverse experiences: deep immersion in peer-to-peer recovery programs, a lifelong study of myths and religions, and my own personal journey—all of which inform how I understand and support relationships.

Fluent in both French and English and having grown up across diverse cultures, I particularly enjoy working with multilingual and multicultural couples navigating the unique complexities of blending different backgrounds, values, and communication styles.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as an entrepreneur across multiple sectors—finance, law, climate solutions, and ventures in biotech and neuroscience. While I always knew therapy was my calling, I needed to explore other passions first. This varied background gives me a grounded perspective on the real-world pressures couples face.

I stay current with the latest research and practices, grounding my therapeutic approach in attachment science, evolutionary psychology, and neuroscience.

I offer both remote and in-person sessions.

My approach is practical and focused: I work efficiently to help couples return to a better place in their relationship. My clinical goal is wholeness—helping you rebuild connection, understanding, and a shared path forward.
